Alongside her advisory work, Lindsay is CEO of Geeks Ltd, where she leads delivery of technology and AI-enabled programmes that translate ambition into measurable outcomes. She has built her career in high-growth environments, progressing through senior operational and delivery leadership roles, and is recognised for creating resilient execution models, improving performance, and enabling change at pace. She is a Fellow of BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT) and has been recognised through industry awards for innovation and leadership. At the London School of Innovation, Lindsay serves as Strategy Advisor and Programme Leader, shaping executive education that makes AI practical, responsible, and actionable, equipping leaders with the strategic clarity and implementation capability to lead in an AI-augmented economy.
