About
Paul Forrest, Adjunct Associate Professor at the London School of Innovation, has built his career around the practical use of AI in organisations. He has established AI Centres of Excellence, designed responsible AI frameworks and led the deployment of enterprise platforms using RAG, vector databases, machine-learning operations and secure cloud infrastructure. His work addresses the full route from identifying a commercially worthwhile use case to putting a governed, explainable system into operation.
As Executive Head of AI for private-equity portfolio companies, Paul applies AI to operational performance, working capital and business growth. He is also Chief AI Officer at Pauley Interactive and founded Athleet.AI, a sports-performance platform used by coaches, clubs and academies. Alongside this commercial work, he has tutored and assessed programmes in AI law, policy and governance and venture capital at the London School of Economics, and delivered masterclasses at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Earlier, he led international transaction-services work at Mazars involving a private-equity pipeline exceeding £7 billion.
